Owner and purpose

FOTO DENIA SL owns VS Market Cap and vsmarketcap.com. Its identification and contact details appear above, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002. The service lets you explore mathematical scenarios involving price, market capitalization, supply and the value of cryptocurrency amounts you enter, without an account.

Scenarios, not predictions or advice

Results are mathematical scenarios dependent on the selected data and assumptions; they are not predictions, recommendations or promises of returns. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Each user is responsible for their decisions and may seek independent professional advice.

Market capitalization is not the amount of money that must flow into an asset. The theoretical value of holdings does not guarantee liquidity, an execution price or the ability to sell that amount.

Third-party data and services

CoinMarketCap supplies market data processed on the server. Data and exchange rates may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable; results may change over time. Check update timestamps, availability notices and methodology. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.

Hostinger provides hosting and Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure. External links and services you open have their own terms and policies. Their brands and content belong to their respective owners.

Holdings and sharing

By default, holdings are saved in the browser’s local storage and omitted from shared links and images. If you explicitly choose to include them, they may appear in the URL or image and be visible to recipients; URLs may pass through logs and technical infrastructure. A shared copy may remain outside our control. See Privacy and Cookies.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may lawfully use the service to view and share scenarios. You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass protections, extract secrets, introduce malicious code, overload the service or infringe third-party rights.

The service’s code, design and content are protected by the rights held by their owners. Access does not grant a general licence to exploit them; applicable licences for third-party components are respected. You may share scenarios with attribution without presenting them as our predictions or recommendations.

Availability and liability

We may correct, update or suspend the service for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or future results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from investment decisions, user-entered assumptions or third-party failures beyond our control. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, or restrict consumers’ non-waivable rights.

Applicable law and contact
